Hi, I’m Alyssa!
“Creativity is intelligence having fun.” — Albert Einstein.
I am a dedicated professional with a rich and diverse background that spans courtrooms, classrooms, and conference rooms. My experience as a lawyer sharpened my analytical skills and taught me the importance of clear communication. Teaching in Japan helped me develop cross-cultural empathy and adaptability while engaging with students from a completely different culture. In the non-profit sector, I coached executives in fundraising, refining my ability to navigate complex challenges and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
These experiences have led me to UX design and product strategy, where I leverage my skills to create user-centered solutions. My legal background enables me to analyze complex problems and advocate for user needs. The empathy and adaptability I cultivated as an educator help me understand and design for diverse user groups. My fundraising experience translates into an ability to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members.
As an advocate of Agile philosophy and Servant Leadership, I thrive on challenges that allow me to bring creativity to problem-solving. I am committed to fostering environments where innovation flourishes, ensuring every team member feels valued and heard. My colleagues describe me as energetic, proactive, and enjoyable to work with, always ready to dive in and contribute. Eager to tackle new challenges, I look forward to collaborating with others who share the same vision of blending fun and innovation to craft meaningful experiences.
